Executive chef Vincent Canzeri isn’t quite done astonishing you with his offerings. All of April, come discover his tender lamb shank braised in red wine, homemade demi-glace, tomato and rosemary. This juicy and succulent piece of lamb is served on a nest of Orecchiette with pesto, spinach and Romano cheese. A real delicacy!!!

Come enjoy for the first time ever at Ottavio, a duck confit and aged cheddar pie. Served in a piping hot cast iron skillet, you will find the smooth mix of duck, mushrooms and caramelised onions in a Porto demi glace. Covered in rich melted aged cheddar and a roasted home made potato puree and served with a pork belly and a side of green salad, this creation will have you wanting MORE!!!
For the month of February, Ottavio is offering you a duo de Raviolis. The first is stuffed with mushrooms and draped in melted butter, basil, white wine and parmesan and then topped with sundried tomatoes and Oyster mushrooms. The second is stuffed with a mouth watering 6 cheese blend and coated in our delicious home made rose sauce.

Come savour January’s incognito, a delicious burger made of juicy AAA beef patty on a brioche bun, garnishes with mini Portobello mushroom, bacon, melted aged cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and caramelised onions. This yearly offering is accompanied by our home made coleslaw.
