Allergy Requests<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ottavio considers your health, security and cross contamination a serious matter. Our specific proprietary procedures, investment in equipment, employee training and particular attention to allergies makes our reputation irrefutable.<\/p>\n

*** FOR YOUR SECURITY *** EPIPEN \u00ae and EPIPEN Jr \u00ae IS AVAILABLE IN ALL OTTAVIO RESTAURANTS.<\/p>\n

By offering allergy-free meals and a gluten-free menu to our celiac clients, our insurance company has placed certain conditions upon us. No food or drinks can be brought into our establishment from clients with the exception of wine and beer. An additional exception has been allowed for baby food.<\/p>\n

With this policy in mind, bringing your own cake is also not permitted. Ottavio understands the significance of celebrating a special event with a cake, so we offer the possibility of ordering one of our group cakes. We would require, at the very least, one week notice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n

For group reservations, we will require a 100$ deposit Deposit will be reimbursed on your reservation date in accordance with the terms and conditions. You can do this by visiting the store or via our website at www.ottavio.ca<\/p>\n

Our cancellation policy requires that we receive a notice by email or telephone at least 48 hours prior to the reservation. We will permit a discrepancy of up to 20% of guests not attending from the predetermined amount<\/p>\n

No addition to the confirmed amount of guests is permitted without prior approval by the management.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Promotions<\/strong><\/p>\n

OTTAVIO reserves the right to modify or cancel our promotions at any time. Our offers are valid in dining rooms only. Valid until sold out. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash equivalent. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Our offers are not valid on public holidays. Other conditions may apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Prohibitions<\/strong><\/p>\n

For hygiene purposes, animals are not permitted in our establishment. Exception of dog guides who accompany the disabled<\/p>\n

To avoid all responsibility in case of theft, no coat checks are available.<\/p>\n

It is forbidden to bring Ottavio tableware outside of the restaurant.<\/p>\n

All take-out orders made by telephone are subject to a confirmation on our part before being executed. The goal of this call is to avoid any misunderstandings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Final seating arrangements for all reservations is to the managers discretion.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Alcohol<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ottavio is a \u00ab bring your own wine and beer \u00bb restaurant. Our alcohol permit allows clients to bring all beverages that are in the same categorie such as porto, champagne, wine or malt based coolers and even aperitifs such as Cinzano, Dubonnet and St-Rapha\u00ebl.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, all hard liquor such as Whisky, Vodka, Rhum and Tequila are forbidden. Even pre-mixed cocktail drinks such as Bacardi breezer, Clamato Caesar and Smirnoff ice are forbidden.<\/p>\n

Liquor consumption to minors is forbidden, even to minors accompanied by consenting adults. The law stipulates that minors are forbidden to consume alcohol in any establishment that maintains a liquor permit.<\/p>\n

Ottavio reserves the right to demand identification in order to verify the age of any client consuming alcohol. If the client is not of legal age, our establishment will stop them from consuming alcohol.<\/p>\n

It is prohibited to keep any alcoholic beverages in our establishment that do not contain the duty stamp of the SAQ, including the alcoholic beverages used in the preparation of cooked meals.
