Ottavio executive chef Vincent Canzeri, doesn’t cease to surprise us all.  You will be astounded by July’s incognito:  a savoury tuna tataki.  The tenderness of the meat will give you the impression that it’s melting in your mouth.  Accompanied by our home-made pear puree, mini marinated sweet peppers from Peru and orange supreme, this dish is best described as a flavour blast.  The radishes, balsamic vinegar and the light sherry dressing brings a delicate balance to all the different tastes this creations has to offer.
